Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual to thrive in a split marketing and sales role. Responsibilities include content creation, social media management, CRM maintenance, customer service, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, eager to learn, and takes initiative in executing tasks and sharing ideas.

Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing:

Content creation for social media
Scheduling social media uploads
Monitoring social media channels to calculate return upon investment
Managing and supporting with email campaigns to continue building brand awareness
Write and edit newsletters
Provide website support – Updates, improvements etc
Complete competitor research to stay active in the market and on top of trends
Arrange and attend in person marketing events to represent the company

Sales:

Receive and support with inbound calls
Support with sales administration
Maintain the database and CRM system
Handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Manage email communication accordingly
Follow up inactive clients
