We recently sat down with Stuart, EMA’s Trainer for this new programme and asked him some questions for anyone thinking of starting an apprenticeship and employers looking to hire an apprentice or upskill a member of their team.

” A Content Creator, also known as a Creative Content Assistant, is responsible for developing and creating content that can be used across a variety of media including digital, social media, broadcast or print.

We made sure to ask Stuart some questions that are specific to employers to help anyone interested in hiring an apprentice.
“Throughout the programme, apprentices will develop an understanding of marketing fundamentals such as target audience, copywriting, data fundamentals, as well as content creation and business principles, meaning they can help your business develop robust marketing content, as well as work within an existing team.”
“Over the course of the programme, learners will develop all the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to progress into the following roles:
“The practical period for the Content Creator apprenticeship is 12 months and 1 day, plus 4 weeks for End Point Assessment, so around 13 months in total.”
