The Network Engineer Level 4 apprenticeship course follows the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) curriculum and is designed to upskill individuals who currently work in an IT role.
Learners will undertake multiple industry-recognised certifications throughout the 24-month course which will include the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Administrator, and the AXELOS ITIL® 4 Foundation certification for IT Service Management.
Learners will receive expert-led training by digital learning and development trainer and industry expert, Admire Bandambira, who has over 20 years’ experience as an information technology practitioner.
Admire will deliver training using a blend of face-to-face and online learning whilst scheduling practical hands-on sessions for learners to experience route course analysis for IT issues and problems remediations, routing and switching configurations, networking design and troubleshooting, network security, and network configurations automation.

The Marketing Executive Level 4 course offers advanced learning for individuals who have at least one years’ experience in a marketing role.
Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), learners will study a range of concepts and theories including market research, products and channels, marketing strategy, and commercial awareness. Upon completion of the course, learners will be eligible to register as an affiliate member of the CIM to enhance their credibility as a marketer and further demonstrate their commitment to upskilling themselves.
The Marketing Executive Level 4 course will be delivered by EMA’s marketing trainer and expert, Louisa Hampson, who brings with her a plethora of industry experience having worked for Thorntons and Motorpoint.

The first cohorts of the new level 4 apprenticeship programmes will start their training at EMA Training’s digital HUB at the beginning of June.
Applications from candidates who wish to pursue a career in IT or marketing and can demonstrate relevant experience will be considered by the recruitment team.
Employers looking to recruit an apprentice can get help from the government to pay for apprenticeship training. Employers may also be exempt from paying National Insurance contributions for staff under the age of 25.
